  • KKR & Co., L.P. in connection with:
    • Global carve-out acquisition of Hyperion, an industrial tool components manufacturer, from Sandvik
    • The US$2.5 billion disposition of Capital Safety Group to 3M
  • BDT Capital in a variety of matters including:
    • The acquisition of River North Sales and Service
