Joachim Grittmann is counsel in the Frankfurt office and practices in the firm’s Litigation & Trial Department. He has broad experience in administrative and regulatory law, including:
- Public procurement law
- State aid law
- Compliance matters, e.g., data protection and export control
His practice involves all aspects of public law matters for a variety of public and non-public clients.
Mr. Grittmann is also a Master of Public Administration and an associate professor for public law at the University of Heidelberg.
