Jeremiah Wolsk is a partner in the Data & Technology Transactions Practice of the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Wolsk represents regulated entities (primarily in the life sciences, financial services and telecommunications industries) in their strategic commercial transactions and supports Latham’s M&A and project finance teams in connection with IP diligence and negotiation of ancillary agreements (e.g., license agreements TSAs).
