Latham & Watkins Advises on Financing for Osaic’s Completed Acquisition of Lincoln Wealth

Osaic, Inc., one of the nation's largest providers of wealth management solutions, has announced the close of the acquisition of Lincoln Financial Advisors Corporation and Lincoln Financial Securities Corporation, the wealth management firms that make up Lincoln Wealth from Lincoln National Corporation. As a result of the transaction, more than 1,400 advisors overseeing approximately US$115 billion in assets will be onboarded to Osaic.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented the lenders in a financing to support the acquisition with a banking team led by partner Jesse Sheff and counsel Preeta Paragash, with associate Kate Bell. Advice was also provided on capital markets matters by partner Andrew Baker; and on tax matters by partner Bora Bozkurt.
