Latham Advises on Sow Good’s Uplisting to Nasdaq

Sow Good Inc., a company specializing in freeze-dried candies and treats, has announced the pricing of its public offering of 1.2 million shares. In connection with the offering, the company has also been approved to list its common stock on the Nasdaq Capital Market, with trading commencing on May 2, 2024. Sow Good has granted underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 180,000 shares. The offering successfully closed on May 6, 2024.
