Anne Kleffmann is a partner in the Munich office of Latham & Watkins. She has extensive experience in advising national and international companies on individual and collective labor law matters. Ms. Kleffmann focuses on restructuring and reorganization measures (including downsizing), the negotiation of works agreements with works councils, and advice on labor and pension law aspects of transactions.
